A snapped suspension cable can mean that it’s virtually impossible to open your garage door, while a couple of new cables can be fitted easily, you don’t even need to be mechanically minded. A new cable is sometimes all that’s needed for a garage door to feel brand new again, and if you can find the part and fit it yourself, you may just save yourself hundreds of pounds.
