There are various garage doors that represent a more traditional style, and this post will outline three of the possible benefits.
Side Hinged garage Doors
These are one of the most traditional types and they’re very straightforward. It’s simply two large doors that open to outward to give access, and it’s an ideal solution if you only need to open one door for pedestrian, bicycle or motorcycle access. These tend to be created using timber and while decorative details and windows can be included.
Sliding Doors
These are really nice for large garages and rather than having multiple sectional doors, you can simply have one large sliding door. These can be built, of steel, but again timber would be a good option if you’re really looking to get that traditional look.
