Though garage doors are available in a wide range of styles nowadays, not much changes in terms of the door’s appearance. Garage doors tend to be finished in one single colour with slight patterns or variations incorporated, but sometimes you don’t need a new door, you just need a new colour. This means starting a fresh and getting your old paint removed from the surface of the door. We recommend you do a detailed clean using a cloth and some paint thinners. You’ll need a lot of elbow grease get rid of most of it, but when it’s done you’ll be ready to apply your new colour and we recommend you do at least two coats for extra protection.
