A new garage door tends to come when your old one has difficulty opening or closing, or has decayed over time. Let’s take up and over doors as an example, they’re not the type to have too many problems and they require minimal maintenance, so these can last years without any servicing or repairs. Electric garage doors or those with more complex openings like roller shutters or sectional have more problems and require more maintenance.
